In 90 days, go from anxious, on the edge, disconnected and quietly lost, to grounded, clear, and connected to a life that actually feels like yours.
From the outside, you look fine. Maybe better than fine. The job, the income, the relationship, the life that ticks the boxes.
But you know the truth.
Your mind never switches off. It's double busy, running two conversations at once, replaying the last one and rehearsing the next. There's a low hum of stress under everything. A pressure you can't quite name. A feeling you're behind some invisible timeline everyone else seems to be hitting.
And it shows up loudest in the people you love.
You check your phone for the three dots. You read the tone of every text. You cling tight, you give away pieces of yourself to keep the peace, you hand over your power without even noticing you've done it. You've mistaken anxiety for love for so long you can't tell them apart anymore.
Or it runs the other way. You go cold. Distant. You avoid. You people-please until you disappear. You push away the very people you most want to keep, and you couldn't explain it if you tried.
And when someone asks what's actually going on with you, you give them two words.
"I'm okay."
So you numb it instead. The drink. The scrolling. The work that never stops. Whatever takes the edge off the boredom and the ache for a few hours. It works, right up until it doesn't.
You're tired. Not sleep-tired. Tired of holding it all together. And underneath all of it, quietly, a thought you don't say to anyone.
"Is this it?"
You've tried to fix it. The podcasts. The gym. The ice baths. The 5am routine. And for a minute it helped. Then the feeling came back, because none of it touched the thing underneath.
Here's why. You can't think your way out of this. It was never a knowledge problem. You already know what to do. This lives deeper than the mind. In the body. In patterns that got wired into you long before you had any say in them. Most of what runs you, you inherited. You never chose it. And no one ever held a mirror up to it, so you've never actually seen it.
That's the missing piece. Someone holds the mirror up, and you start to see the prison you've been pacing for years without ever realising you built the walls yourself. Once you can see it, you can leave it. Not by reading about it. You leave it by doing the work, in the right order, with the right support, alongside people doing it with you.
That is what RISE is.
I'm not writing this from a mountaintop. I'm writing it as someone who looked like he had it together while quietly falling apart. I numbed it for years. I mistook anxiety for love and called it a relationship. I clung to people, then pushed away the ones I wanted most, and I couldn't have told you why if you'd paid me.
I hit the floor hard enough to finally stop running. And then I did the actual work. Slowly. Properly. The same way I'm going to walk you through it.
Over 120 people have now done this work with me. I've taken it inside organisations too. The Ministry of Justice. The Ministry of Defence. The Money and Pensions Service. Arsenal in the Community. Different rooms, prison officers to professionals, and the same human being sat in every single one.
The details change. The root never does. Not enough. Not safe. Not seen. Not heard. And the one that runs deepest of all. I'm too much.
I know the way out, because I walked it. And I know you can't walk it alone, because I couldn't.
It took me years and a lot of pain to find these answers, the slow and painful way, working it out one piece at a time with no one to hand me the map. I'm not interested in you doing that. RISE is everything I had to learn the hard way, distilled down to the pieces that actually matter, handed to you in the right order. It collapses ten years into one season. You don't lose a decade finding what's already known. You get the map, and you get someone who's walked the ground sat right next to you while you cover it.
RISE is a 90-day deep dive that works in three movements. Not theory. A process your whole system goes through.
First we clear what's underneath. The patterns, the beliefs, the fears you adopted that were never yours. When your past stops running the show, life starts to make sense again. The ground everything else stands on.
Out of that comes purpose. Not a borrowed version of success handed to you by everyone else, but a direction that's actually yours. A reason to get up that isn't fear wearing a costume.
And then significance. A life only ever means something through the people you share it with. You become someone you respect, someone you'd fall for again, and the relationships start to match. What was hurt in relationship is healed in relationship, which is exactly why this work happens in a room full of people doing it with you.
For these 90 days, you are your purpose. Not your job. Not fixing everyone around you. Not the next goal on the list. You. Self first, properly, maybe for the first time. Because the version of you that comes out the other side is someone you actually admire, and that's the exact person who calls in the relationship, the work and the life you've been wanting all along.
The RISE process. My Self-Sabotage to Self-Mastery method, delivered week by week so the work lands in the right order: foundations, attachment, ego, inner child, forgiveness, shadow, mastering your state, and building your own blueprint.
8 live group coaching calls. Each one follows the arc. Bring what's coming up, get coached live, and learn just as much watching me coach everyone else.
3 trauma-informed breathwork ceremonies. Where the real shifts land. In the body, not the head.
A pre-work week. We clear the space and set the foundation before we begin, so you arrive ready.
A group closing ceremony. We finish properly, together.
A private community with direct access to me. Real-time support, accountability, and the people who will celebrate every step. You never go loose, because you are never on your own.
Weekly integration work. Plus personal challenges I set you when I spot the thing you've been avoiding.
I found Dan talking about self-sabotage and low self esteem and it hit immediately. By January my head was completely numb. Trapped in a loop of sadness, anxiety, low self worth and fear with no idea how to get out. I messaged Dan and started.
I changed my career entirely. My relationship with my partner and son transformed. My family said I was nicer to be around. I stopped relying on alcohol and found breathwork instead.
Stop making excuses about time and money. I made them all. Neither was actually a problem once I committed.
When I reached out to Daniel I was caught in a cycle of self-sabotage and my relationship was nearly gone. What followed was a significant shift in every area of my life.
No judgment. Just a safe space to open up and look at the patterns holding me back. I developed a real self-awareness I didn't have before, recognising the behaviours and replacing them with something healthier.
His genuine care made him more than a coach. He became a trusted confidant. I'm forever grateful.
Taking part in Dan's RISE container was one of the most significant experiences of my life. Consciously held, powerfully facilitated, unlike anything I'd been part of before.
He blends grounded, no-nonsense coaching with genuine depth. No performance. That honesty created a space where vulnerability could exist without fear.
As someone living with Autism, and a gay man stepping into a space like this, trust was everything. Daniel didn't just meet that need. He exceeded it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work to anyone ready to do this.
In their own words, at the end of the last round.
The Relationship Library. Self-paced work for whatever you're carrying. 13 modules for building real depth and intimacy if you're with someone, and 6 for doing the work on your own so you call in the right person. (Value £395)
The Purpose Roadmap. 10 self-paced modules to find the direction that's genuinely yours. (Value £395)
The Nervous System Toolkit. 10 meditation and regulation practices for the moments it all kicks off, so you can come back to yourself anywhere. (Value £295)
Everything above. The full 90 days, all 8 group coaching calls, the breathwork ceremonies, the community, the lot.
Everything in RISE, plus 4 private 1:1 sessions with me across the 90 days. My 1:1 rate is £255 a session, so that's over £1,000 of personal work for an extra £500. If you want me in your corner directly, this is the one.
Three ways to pay. In full, split across 3 months, or a deposit now to hold your spot with the balance cleared before we begin.
Do the work. All of it. Show up to the calls, do the assignments, breathe when I ask you to breathe. If you do that and you genuinely don't shift the pattern, I'll take you for two 1:1 sessions, free, and we move it together. I can't do the work for you. But if you commit, I will not leave you stuck. That's my word.
If you're certain, you don't need the call. Secure your place now. The deposit holds your spot and I'll personally begin your onboarding, including a 30-minute call to set you up right.
It's not for tourists. It's not for the person who wants to read about change and never do it.
It's for the ones ready to put a stake in the ground and say enough. Enough of the noise. Enough of the numbing. Enough of pretending it's fine. The ones ready to look at what they inherited and say these patterns stop with me.
If you're on the fence, here's what the ones who did it would tell you.
The patterns you carry, you didn't invent them. You inherited them. Someone handed them down without ever meaning to, and right now, quietly, you're passing them on the same way.
Do this work, and that stops with you.
The people who come after you, your kids if you have them, don't inherit your anxiety. They inherit someone who did the work. They grow up next to a person who believes their own life is worth something, and that is exactly how they learn that theirs is too.
That's what investing in yourself actually means. It's you saying I'm worth it. And the day they see that, they learn they are too.
So the real win was never just you feeling lighter. It's becoming the version of you they never have to recover from.
The group is kept small, around twelve, because this work only goes deep in a close room.
Pre-work begins 25 July. The work runs from there.
Doors close 30 July. After that the room is shut until the next time RISE runs.
You've spent long enough proving you can hold it all together. This is where you put it down and build something real.
Apply for RISEIt's built around a full life. Eight live calls, self-paced modules, work you fit into the week. The ones who say this are usually the ones who need the space the most. As one of them put it, time was never actually the problem once they committed.
It is an investment, and there are three ways to pay: in full, split across three months, or a deposit now with the balance cleared before we begin. Weigh it against the alternative, another decade working it out alone, the slow and painful way.
Do the work, all of it, and if you genuinely don't shift the pattern, I take you for two 1:1 sessions free and we move it together. I can't do the work for you, but if you commit, I won't leave you stuck.
It's for anyone ready to do the work. The room has held finance directors, founders, HR leaders, tradespeople, and people from every kind of background. What matters is that you're ready to be honest, not who you are on paper.
Then this is exactly for you. RISE isn't more information. It's the work that lives in the body, done in the right order, with support, alongside others doing it with you. That's the piece the podcasts and the 5am routines could never give you.
Pre-work begins 25 July and the work runs from there. Doors close 30 July, and the group is kept to around twelve.
